Web Development Engineer (Remote)

• Build and maintain internal tools/ automated workflows (Google Services related)
• Meet with the development team online to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Provide technical support to restaurant clients on technical-related issues
• Review application requirements and interface designs.
• Identify web-based user interactions.
• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js, Node.js (Express) workflows.
• Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes.
• Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance.
• Document application changes and develop updates.
• Working remotely

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree
• Must have previous coding experience (Javascript, HTML, CSS, and React, NextJS preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Google Services ecosystem: Google Business Profile, Google Maps, Google Search Console, Google Ads,...
• Strong English communication skills — able to join calls and correspond professionally with US-based partners
• Clear and professional communicator when handling technical issues with clients
• Some experience/serious interest in user interface design
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance-testing software
• Experience working with at least one SQL and NoSQL Database (Firebase preferred)
• Experience working with NodeJS (Express)
• Good troubleshooting skills and project management skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• General understanding of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines and the willingness to learn more
