Warehouse System & Process Coordinator

- Be the key interface between internal stakeholders and 3PL/external vendors for day-to-day operations and managing issues.
- Ensure that 3PL and Apple’s inventory snapshots are aligned and system differences reconciled on daily basis.
- Ensures that 3PL and Apple’s systems are aligned and differences reconciled on daily basis.
- Ensure that all system/process flow issues are investigated, resolved and communicated in a timely manner.
- Processing various transactions & requests in Apple systems.
- Be the champion for systems administration.
- Expedites inbound/outbound shipments/requests of high priority, raises non-compliance items identified as a matter of priority, etc.
- Responsible to coordinates ad-hoc small projects, contributes to the ongoing and new projects.
- Reporting.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, warehouse operations, or 3PL management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems or inventory control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with Apple devices (MacBook and iPhone) in a macOS environment. (Must own an iPhone)
