Tuyển dụng Warehouse Staff tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Daily job:

• Check daily plans, prepare and arrange goods according to PO

• Check actual goods with the system, enter goods data into the system

• Conduct daily inventory of goods, ensure goods are not lost or misplaced

2. Carry out inbound – outbound procedures:

• Receive inbound – outbound information and do the import – export shipments

• Monitor and report monthly inventory of imported and exported goods

• Perform quarterly inventory counts

• Record import and export slips when they arise

• Directly enter input and output slips into the WMS software

• Track the daily amount of incoming and outgoing inventory and compare it with the minimum inventory level

• Stick label after importing goods into warehouse

3. Arrange goods in the warehouse:

• Instruct the staff in warehouse to arrange all kinds of goods remotely from the office

• Arrange goods to avoid getting wet, broken,...

• Collect damaged goods and report them to the Manager and Customer

• Check the location before importing goods

• Act as the point of contact between drivers and staff in warehouse to coordinate deliveries

• Make a warehouse diagram and update the warehouse map when new products arrive

4. Job Requirement:

* Education: Bachelor degree

* Knowledge and technical skills:

• At least 01-year experience

• Good English skills

• Ability to work as a team player and promote a cooperative work atmosphere

• MS Word and Excel skills

• Warehouse software: WMS

5. Working location: At the head office on Dien Bien Phu Street, Gia Dinh Ward, HCMC
