Warehouse Planning Leader

Job Purpose

The Warehouse Planning Supervisor is responsible for centralized planning and optimization of warehouse capacity and inventory flow across all sites (CPC/NJ/VC), ensuring efficient space utilization, aligned priorities, and smooth execution between factories and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning: Monitor and manage space utilization across all warehouses; identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Weekly Allocation Planning: Review inbound/outbound plans, assign warehouse locations, and resolve capacity bottlenecks with WH teams
• Inventory Positioning: Ensure optimal placement of stock across warehouses based on demand and flow efficiency
• Prioritization Rules: Define and enforce clear priorities across warehouses, SKUs, and customers during constraints
• Factory Coordination: Balance inbound volumes across warehouses to avoid congestion and ensure fair capacity usage
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as key link between warehouse, plant, and planning teams

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
• More than 3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage cross-site complexity and conflicting priorities
• Advanced Excel skills (required); experience with WMS/ERP is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
