**1. Team Management / 团队管理**

* Manage warehouse staff, manpower allocation, attendance and performance.

* 负责仓库团队管理、人员配置、出勤及绩效管理。

**2. Training & Development / 培训与发展**

* Provide onboarding and operational training to ensure employees follow SOPs and safety standards.

* 负责员工入职及运营培训，确保员工遵守SOP及安全操作标准。

**3. Warehouse Operations / 仓库运营**

* Oversee daily inbound, outbound, inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

* 负责仓库日常入库、出库、库存及运营管理，确保货物准确及运营高效。

**4. KPI & Continuous Improvement / KPI及持续改善**

* Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement action plans to improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency.

* 监督并确保各项KPI达成，持续优化流程，提高生产效率及运营质量。

**5. Customer & HQ Management / 客户及总部沟通**

* Manage customer communication, provide regular operational reports, and participate in meetings with customers and headquarters.

* 负责客户沟通及运营汇报，定期向客户及总部汇报业务表现并参加相关会议。

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or above. / 本科及以上学历。

- Fluent in Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills. / 中文流利，具备良好的口头及书面沟通能力。

- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or warehouse operations management. / 至少5年仓库管理或仓库运营管理经验。

- Eligible to work in Vietnam. / 具备在越南合法工作的资格。

- Strong communication, team management, and reporting skills. / 具备良好的沟通、团队管理及报告汇报能力。
