Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch
• Manage cold chain: temperature monitoring, compliance, incident response
• Ensure FIFO rotation; manage chilled and frozen beef shelf life
• Supervise warehouse team; conduct training and performance reviews

Inventory Management:

• Maintain 99%+ SOH accuracy (Exact ERP vs. physical)
• Conduct cycle counts; investigate and resolve variances
• Identify and reduce shrinkage: spoilage, damage, waste
• Manage dead stock and slow-moving inventory clearance

Inter-Regional Transfers:

• Execute weekly transfer schedule to Hanoi & Da Nang
• Coordinate stock distribution and reorder points
• Track transfers; resolve reconciliation issues within 24 hours

Systems & Reporting:

• Operate Exact ERP and WMS systems
• Generate daily/weekly warehouse reports
• Maintain accurate documentation for all operations

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure HACCP compliance and cold chain integrity
• Manage quality complaints and damage claims
• Monitor temperature breaches; escalate immediately

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Experience:

• 3-5 years warehouse management in food/cold chain operations
• Multi-site or regional warehouse management experience
• Hands-on cold chain and food safety experience
• ERP/WMS system familiarity (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Vietnamese (essential); English (preferred)
• Basic Excel proficiency

Knowledge:

• Food safety regulations and HACCP principles
• Inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Logistics and supply chain optimization
• Vietnam Labor Code and employment law

Decision Authority & Reporting:

• Direct Report: Operations Manager
• Direct Reports: Warehouse Supervisor(s) and administrative staff
• Approve overtime within budget cap
• Approve stock write-offs < VND 5M
• Escalate: inter-regional issues, cold chain breaches, customer complaints
