Receiving and Storage
·       Receive, inspect, and record incoming chemical samples, consumables, and laboratory supplies.
·       Verify quantities, labelling, and packaging conditions against supporting documents.
·       Ensure proper storage and segregation of chemicals and consumable materials according to safety requirements.
·       Maintain accurate identification and traceability of all inventory items.
Inventory Control
·       Monitor stock levels of chemical samples, consumables, and laboratory supplies.
·       Perform routine inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
·       Monitor expiration dates and storage conditions of chemicals and consumable items.
·       Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and expired products.
High school degree (or higher degree)
Experience in inventory management, laboratory operations, or warehouse activities is preferred.
Basic knowledge of chemical storage and laboratory safety practices.
Experience in Microsoft Excel and inventory record management.
