WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

The position roles & responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:
Collaborate with Customer Service and Production teams to plan daily/weekly shipment schedules.
Coordinate cross-departmentally to resolve order discrepancies, delays, or priority changes.
Oversee communication between warehouse teams (picking, packing, inventory, dispatch) to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor real-time order status, prioritize urgent shipments, and escalate bottlenecks
Verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies before shipment dispatch
Conduct pre-shipment quality checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications
Liaise with external logistics providers to schedule pickups and track deliveries
Manage documentation (e.g., shipping labels, invoices, customs forms) for compliance
Analyze workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements to reduce lead times
College degree or equivalent; logistics certification and practical work experience preferred.
2+ years in warehouse coordination, with cross-functional communication experience
Proficiency in WMS, ERP/SAP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under deadlines
Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and quality control standards
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
