Warehouse Assistant Operation Manager

- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound/outbound, storage, transportation, inventory control, and customer service.

- Monitor operational KPIs, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency.

- Manage warehouse resources, optimize space utilization, and coordinate daily activities with supervisors and team leaders.

- Support budget control, P&L management, and process improvement initiatives.

- Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with safety, warehousing, and transportation regulations.

- Prepare operational reports, audit documentation, and performance analyses.

- Support talent development, succession planning, and team performance management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

- 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations/management within a logistics company.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, and logistics KPIs.

- Experience in budget management, process improvement, and team leadership.

- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
