Warehouse Administrator

Perform warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
Execute SAP transactions accurately and maintain inventory records.
Conduct cycle counts and physical stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain warehouse 5S standards and uphold a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in accordance with company safety procedures.
Support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely material movement.

负责仓库收货、储存、拣货、包装及发货等日常作业。
准确执行 SAP 系统操作，并维护库存记录。
定期进行循环盘点及实物库存盘点，确保库存数据准确无误。
维护仓库 5S 标准，保持工作环境整洁、安全及有序。
根据公司安全操作规范，安全、高效地操作叉车。
支持日常仓库运营，确保物料及时流转和配送。
Background & Experience Requirements
Minimum
1 year of warehouse or inventory management experience.
Experience using
SAP or similar warehouse/inventory management systems.
Valid forklift operator license/certificate with practical operating experience.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock-counting activities.
Basic verbal communication in Chinese is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle physical tasks when required.
背景与经验要求（Background & Experience Requirements）
至少 1 年仓库管理或库存管理相关工作经验。
具备 SAP 或类似仓库/库存管理系统的操作经验。
持有有效叉车操作证书/执照，并具备实际操作经验。
熟悉仓库作业流程、库存控制及盘点工作。
能够使用中文进行基本口头沟通者优先考虑。
工作认真细致，注重准确性，并具备良好的安全意识。
能够适应快节奏的仓库工作环境，并在需要时承担体力工作。
