• Responsible for assisting on a day to day operation, processing orders using Warehouse Management System and scheduling shipments.

• Prints and collates labels and invoices, delivery notes

• Maintains an organized warehouse facility.

• Supports the management of all all incoming and outbound inventory

• Has oversight over a team of Operators stationed at client’s facilities and ensures smooth operation in consignment warehouses and/or stock management solutions at customer sites

• Plans and manages implementations and changes of stock management solutions at the customer site

• Inspects stock management solutions in person regularly and ensures smooth operation and a neat, tidy and professional appearance of the provided solutions to the customer

• Support year-end inventory and audit of the warehouse facilities

• Other tasks assigned by the company

Yêu cầu công việc

• Extensive experience in warehouse management and relevant experience in project management are required, experience in working at an industrial manufacturer would be a plus

• First hand experience in C-Part Management and related logistic concepts would be a plus (Kanban or similar Just-In-Time Concepts)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power point).

• Experience in data and management system (ERP, SAP, Oracle)

• Good communication skills in English

• Able to work self-reliant and responsibly, hands-on result oriented and capable of getting things done timely and under pressure

• Have a good health and attention to detail.

• Able to manage, drive and inspire others

• Intellectually curious and willing to learn

• Willing and able to travel

KPI:

Control warehouse data timely and correctlyCoordinating with other staff members to develop storage and retrieval systems that maximize space efficiency and security of materials.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that orders are shipped on time, damaged goods are replaced, and customers are kept informed about their orders’ status
