1. PURPOSES AND SCOPE
HR Intern has the opportunity to learn and practice to become a general HR officer in finding suitable human resources for the company. Besides, you will have a chance to answer information about the policies, procedures and documents for employees.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Finding suitable candidates for intern positions
Processing interview and onboarding
Answering information about policies, procedures and documents for employees
Checking information about IT labor market, logistics market, labor market daily (news, linkedIn, Facebook…)
Basic knowledge about designing on Canva
Other document tasks
