User Acquisition For Mobile Game

• Plan, execute, and manage User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, and others.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative team to propose, test, and iterate on ad creatives that resonate with target players.
• Conduct market research on mobile game trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Work cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

• Foundational knowledge of digital advertising and user acquisition principles.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Game or App industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively with data and performance metrics.
• Creative thinking in proposing ad concepts and campaign testing strategies.
• Proactive learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
• Proactive, accountable, and growth-oriented work attitude.
• Long-term career interest in the Mobile Game and User Acquisition field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+).
