Trưởng Nhóm Kỹ Thuật - Maintenance Leader

- Supervise and manage maintenance and repair activities of machines/equipment during the shift, ensuring continuous and safe system operation.
- Supervise and manage equipment changeover (conversion) activities to support the production plan.
- Communicate company information and policies to team members.
- Work directly with customers, participate in work-related meetings, and resolve arising issues.
- Coordinate with Production and QA departments to propose improvements for productivity, quality, and working methods during the shift.
- Assign tasks, provide technical training, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with factory procedures and modules.
- Quickly handle arising problems to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Report abnormalities and prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Open for candidates with experience as a Production Engineer.
- Skills: English communication for working with customers.
