Trưởng Ca Sản Xuất - Production Shift Leader

Manage, supervise, and coordinate Team Leaders and MTs during the shift
Ensure compliance with production processes and achievement of project KPIs
Monitor shift operations and update production output in a timely manner
Review and verify lot and module reports
Report on shift performance (safety, quality, and control)
Arrange shifts and allocate manpower effectively
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Management, Production Management, or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in a Shift Leader, Production Team Leader, Production Engineer position
Required skill: Good communication in English
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, good time management, and strong discipline
Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts, 8 hours per shift)
