Tuyển dụng Trưởng Bộ Phận Nhân Sự/ Human Resources Manager tại Tây Ninh

This role requires full-time working in Tay Ninh province. The company may support transportation mode & residence services for those who are in HCM city and interested to work in Tay Ninh province.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Talent Attraction:

• Attract and recruit high calibre candidates to achieve the manpower plan and growth agenda.

• Continually look to introduce innovation in talent attraction techniques to support the evolving needs of the organization.

2. Talent Management & Engagement:

• Challenge the organization to ensure continuous improvement and upgrading of talent processes and organization performance.

• Develop cost effective, market competitive compensation and benefits policies to support the Company’s staffing, retention and pay for performance objectives and to influence employee behaviour to drive business results.

• Actively drive the management resource planning in identifying, developing, and retaining the key talents.

• Initiate and lead the effort to ensure consistent performance-based employee management practices.

• Develops plans to increase the engagement of employees at all levels and in all locations.

3. Organizational Culture

• Lead change management and cultural integration efforts driving a positive working environment, right first time, result oriented and customer focus mindset.

• Develop and maintain a positive employee and industrial relations workplace. Maintain functional advocacy for the employees and their interests.

• Facilitate effective communication within the organization to maintain an open and trustworthy work environment.

4. Strategic and operational HR

• Formulate and implement HR policies, systems and processes. Keep track with changes in our corporate and group policies, market practice and labour regulation. Advise the management of the changes and revise the HR policy when necessary.

• Actively supports and leads efforts around the safety of our employees, customers and passengers.

• Manage the office administration function to the highest efficiency and most effective cost.

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate majoring in HR Management or related disciplines. Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage

• Commercially astute with a least 5 years of progressive experience in managing functions and departments dealing with Human Resources and related practices within an international/multinational environment in Vietnam.

• Specific experience with current labour relations practices, trends and major issues in manufacturing industry is an advantage.

• Well versed in local Employment Ordinance, taxation, retirement plan, other relevant rules and regulations as well as HR practices.

• Highly motivated, dynamic individual with strong leadership capability

• Strong customer and people orientation, achievement orientation and impact

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communications skills, both verbal and written.

• Possesses the highest level of ethics and integrity.
