·  Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Operations Department.

·  Ensure smooth execution of all shipment processes, including booking, documentation, customer service, customs coordination, and shipment tracking.

·  Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.

·  Coordinate closely with Sales, Pricing, Overseas Agents, Carriers, and other internal departments.

·  Develop and optimize SOPs to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

·  Coach, train, and evaluate team members while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

·  Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.

·  Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

·  Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related fields.

·  Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

·  Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the US trade lane.

·  Proven experience managing and leading a team of approximately 10 employees.

·  Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·  Good command of English.

·  Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.

·  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
