1. Treasury Operations, Cash & Banking Management

- Process bank payments through HSBCnet and Vietcombank online banking.

- Monitor daily cash balances and liquidity needs.

- Liaise with banks on payments, account maintenance and banking services.

- Manage banking relationships and negotiate facilities, fees and credit limits.

- Maintain bank books and perform bank reconciliations.

- Prepare cash flow reports and provide treasury information when required.

- Process loan drawdowns, bank guarantees and related documentation.

- Monitor loan repayments, interest and covenant compliance.

- Coordinate foreign exchange transactions with banks.

- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls and Group requirements.

- Manage bank account opening, maintenance and closure.

- Submit monthly foreign loan utilization reports to the State Bank of Vietnam.

2. Asset Management

- Maintain the fixed asset register.

- Record monthly depreciation and amortization.

- Prepare asset-related journal entries.

- Manage asset transfers, disposals, asset verification and supporting documentation.

3. Trade Union Accounting

- Review and process Trade Union-related payments in accordance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports to Higher-level Trade Union as required.

4. Other Responsibilities

- Maintain the corporate credit card database.

- Monitor card usage and process monthly payments.

- Prepare assigned balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.

- Manage accounting document archiving and storage.

- Support Accounting team activities and perform other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. English proficiency is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Treasury Accounting (Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, and Accounting)

• Experience with any type of tax (VAT, WHT, PIT, FCT, etc.) is an advantage.

Skills

• High level of integrity, honesty, careful and reliable.

• Positive and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle tasks within established processes.
