Travel Operations Executive (Inbound FIT / MICE)

Compass Vietnam DMC is a growing destination management company specializing in high-end FIT and MICE travel experiences for international clients, with a strong focus on the Indian market. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Travel Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional travel experiences across Vietnam.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy coordinating complex travel arrangements, working with international partners, and solving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Work closely with the Sales team to execute travel programs according to client requirements and company commitments.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all tour services, including hotels, restaurants, transportation, tour guides, attraction tickets, and other related services.
• Liaise directly with suppliers to negotiate rates, confirm bookings, and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
• Communicate confidently with international clients and overseas partners throughout the entire travel process (100% in English).
• Monitor service quality during tours and proactively resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected operational situations and last-minute changes.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents, including service orders, rooming lists, booking confirmations, and tour files.
• Conduct post-tour reconciliation and complete all required operational reporting.
• Support and mentor junior team members and trainees when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inbound tour operations, travel consulting, reservations, hospitality operations, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with confidence in dealing directly with international partners and clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling FIT and/or MICE groups.
• Familiarity with the Indian market is an advantage.
• Existing relationships with tourism suppliers in Vietnam are beneficial.
• Experience mentoring junior staff or trainees.
• Passion for building a long-term career in inbound tourism operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Income Package

• Fixed salary and allowances: 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Meal and transportation allowance: 50,000 VND per working day (approximately 1,200,000 VND per month).
• Performance-based bonus of up to 3,000,000 VND per month.
• Typical total monthly income: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000+ VND.
