Training Manager

* Responsibilities:
Design and directly conduct training programs for the HSV and branches as requested
Develop teaching materials for the HSV and branches as requested
Plan annual training schedules and courses based on the training needs of the HSV and branches as requested
Design and innovate all course: Develop & System
Build outlines, lecture content, and methods
Establish training quality assessment
Enhance the PDCA cycle for courses
Develop a process for surveying and assessing training needs
Ensure the quality of skill training programs and onboarding training at the HSV and branches as required
Monitor and evaluate the progress of training activities implementation by the team
Guide and provide advanced training to enhance the capabilities of responsible team members
Plan and implement an internal broadcasting program
Survey and assess the need for improvements in the working environment at HSV and its branches upon request.
Develop and implement plans for activities to improve the working environment.
Coordinate with departments to implement activities related to building the working environment.
Design content and images for internal communication and social media to promote activities related to building an excellent working environment
Report the results of GWP activities.
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Education Management, or related fields.
2. Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent in the field of training and workplace environment development.
3. Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•
Training skills, English Skill.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Proficiency in office software
(Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.).
• Event organization skills are an advantage.
