Trade Marketing Team Leader

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage the trade marketing plan in short term & long term.

• Be in charge of new store openings, including but not limited to site survey, visibility solution, promotion scheme, leaflet development, leaflet distribution, opening event,…

• Planning & executing action plan for low performance group stores time to time.

• Standardize POSM package, monitor POSM production, delivery to stores & manage stock of MKT POSM & equipment.

• Planning & executing exhibition, activation, workshop, events…

• Searching, finalize & evaluate quality of service providers.

• Budget management: Control and manage trade marketing budget, allocating resources effectively for in store activities.

• Partnership collaboration.

• Conduct competitors research.

• Other tasks as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3 - 5 years experience in Trade/ Marketing in the retail industry.

• Experience in planning & executing promotion/ activation is a must.

• Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats.

• Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and should believe in team work and collective efforts.

• Excellent communication skill with internal & external teams.

• Problem -solving skill & can-do attitude.
