Tour Operator (Inbound)

• Consult, design, and quote tour packages based on customer needs (Inbound).

• Develop sample tour itineraries and arrange services within the tour according to client requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and suppliers to build tour programs.

• Operate and manage all tour services end-to-end, handling any issues that arise during the trip.

• Settle costs and payments with suppliers.

• Support administrative tasks related to the role.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree related to Tourism/Aviation is an advantage.

• At least 2 years of experience in Tour Operations or an equivalent position.

• Working proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with clients.

• Honest, responsible, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
