Toastmaster

- Design and implement a training program based on the Toastmasters model, tailored to the needs

of the international business team.

- Facilitate Toastmasters-style meeting simulations (Expected 1–2 sessions per week, each lasting 1.5–

2 hours).

- Train team members to:

· Prepare and deliver short speeches in English.

· Participate in constructive evaluation and feedback.

· Lead meetings and develop leadership skills.

- Provide feedback and evaluate each member’s progress across different stages.

- Advise on establishing an internal Toastmasters club if appropriate.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Hands-on experience participating in or operating Toastmasters clubs in Vietnam (preferred: former Vice President Education, President, or equivalent roles).

- Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage participants.

- Good command of English; candidates with experience using English in a business environment are

preferred.

- Ability to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City (preferred) or online as agreed
