Identifying and Connecting with TikTok Influencers to Facilitate Sales Collaboration and Achieve GMV Targets
- Select and reach out to influencers, facilitating sales collaborations while ensuring the monthly target for influencer connections is met.
- Arrange sample shipments based on communication status, track logistics, and ensure the proper receipt and delivery of samples.
- Compile monthly statistics, including the number of influencers contacted, success rates, commission-based influencers’ proportion, and GMV generated.
Confirm Collaboration Models and Promotional Mechanisms
- Upon company approval, finalize commission rates, slot fees, and promotional mechanisms with influencers interested in collaboration.
- Register scheduled influencers, prepare backend links before their live sessions, and notify relevant departments to ensure smooth live-selling operations.
Monitor Influencer Collaborations and Track Data
- Actively follow up on influencer collaborations and promptly report any abnormalities.
- Collect and analyze influencer live-streaming and sales performance data, discussing potential re-engagement or enhanced cooperation based on results.
Maintain Influencer Relationships and Optimize the Database
- Actively maintain relationships with sales-driven influencers and third-party partners to strengthen cooperation.
- Assist the department in compiling influencer and sales performance data, improving the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to support Vietnamese translation and documentation.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or above, with bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese + English or Vietnamese + Chinese; trilingual ability is a plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, capable of continuously acquiring new influencer resources and maintaining collaborations.
- Familiarity with business negotiation processes, possessing excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong learning ability, execution power, and resilience under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented, with a GMV-driven mindset.
