We're hiring a Thumbnail Designer to help turn our stories into high-quality rendered thumbnails.

You need strong Photoshop composition and compositing — faces, lighting, multi-layer blends into one clean image — plus solid AI image generation in the workflow (prompt → iterate → finish in Photoshop).

Day to day you'll own thumbnail packaging. Motion graphics / After Effects is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities• Design YouTube thumbnails for documentary travel videos• Composite stills, frames, and generated assets into strong, readable thumbs• Use AI image gen as a tool, then finish in Photoshop• Build visual hooks that read in a second• Iterate with the team on CTR feedback

What we offer• Salary: 12–18 mil VND• Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
