Handling export/ import, air/ sea shipmentsForwarding:Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Provide delivery information, Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Follow up with overseas offices to ensure that the proper documents have been received on time.
Follow up with the airlines/shipping lines to ensure the arrival information is correct.
Customs:Prepare documents and Transfer Customs Declaration on Ecus software and submit documents to clear customs.
Consult with customers about HS code, import/export laws, shipping scheduleRespond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Handle to apply certificate from various departments, C/O ..

No experience required. Open to interns or fresh graduates who can work full-timeand want to gain experience in the logistics industry.
