Use CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or equivalent) to make pattern design, grading, and marker making for garment products as required. Adjust, edit, and finalize patterns based on feedback from customers, design teams, or the technical department head. Calculate and optimize marker layouts to minimize fabric waste. Coordinate with related departments (technical, production, sample development, design) to ensure product quality and project deadlines. Organize, manage, and securely store digital pattern and marker data. Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

- Read and interpret garment design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Develop garment patterns using computer-aided design (CAD) software and manual drafting techniques.
- Measure, draft, and cut pattern pieces according to design and production requirements.
- Review and verify pattern measurements, fit, construction, and style accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Technical Designer to evaluate and finalize garment patterns.
- Modify and refine patterns based on fitting results, design changes, or production feedback.
- Maintain accurate pattern files and documentation for future reference.
- Report progress, technical issues, and development updates to the management team.
- Previous experience as a Garment Pattern Maker in the apparel or garment industry.
- Proficiency in pattern-making software and manual pattern drafting techniques.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and fitting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Technical Designers and cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
