Testing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate textile and garment testing activities with internal teams and external laboratories to ensure testing is completed on schedule.
Review testing requests, prepare testing plans, and monitor testing progress until completion.
Evaluate textile and garment performance based on customer requirements, international standards, and testing protocols.
Maintain and update testing records, textile specifications, and related technical information.
Interpret and apply CPSIA, RSL, and other relevant regulatory and customer compliance requirements.
Analyze test results, identify potential quality issues, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Follow up on corrective actions for failed test results and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare testing reports and maintain testing documentation in accordance with company procedures.
Support cross-functional teams (QA, Merchandising, Production, and Suppliers) on testing-related matters.
Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in textile and garment testing, quality assurance, or laboratory coordination. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds in Chemistry or Textile Technology may also be considered.
Good knowledge of textile and garment performance testing methods.
Familiar with CPSIA, RSL, and other international testing and compliance requirements.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, especially reading and understanding technical standards and testing reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
