Tender & Automation Engineer (Oil & Gas)

Job Summary:

Support technical proposals, tender documentation, engineering coordination and technical support for EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power and Industrial Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFQ, ITB, datasheets, drawings and technical specifications.

• Prepare technical proposals, TBE/TBC, compliance matrix and vendor documentation.

• Coordinate with international manufacturers and EPC contractors.

• Read P&ID, Instrument Index, I/O List, Loop Diagram, SLD and GA drawings.

• Support projects involving Instrumentation, Electrical and Automation.

• Basic knowledge of ICS, DCS, PLC, SCADA and SIS.

• Prepare ITP, FAT documents and quality documentation when required.

Mô tả công việc:

• Đọc và phân tích hồ sơ mời thầu (RFQ/ITB), Datasheet, Specification.

• Lập hồ sơ kỹ thuật, bảng đáp ứng kỹ thuật, hồ sơ làm rõ (TBC).

• Phối hợp với hãng nước ngoài và nhà thầu EPC.

• Đọc bản vẽ P&ID, Instrument Index, Loop Diagram, SLD...

• Hỗ trợ các giải pháp Instrumentation, Electrical, Automation.

• Có kiến thức về ICS, DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS.

• Chuẩn bị ITP, FAT và các tài liệu chất lượng khi cần.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Electronics or Mechatronics.

• 2–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Industrial Automation.

• Able to read English technical documents.

• Familiar with Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, ABB, Siemens, Schneider or Rockwell is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork.
