Tecnical Project Managment

- Support production and automation projects from NPI phase to mass production.

- Coordinate with engineering teams, production, and vendors to ensure technical readiness (manpower, machine, material, method).

- Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to improve productivity and quality.

- Support machine setup, maintenance, and process optimization.

- Analyze production data, and drive continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.

- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or NPI environment.

- Basic knowledge of automation systems and manufacturing processes.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- English communication required; Chinese is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
