Tuyển dụng Technical Store Keeper Cum Maintenance Planner tại Long An

- Responsible for monitoring & control Technical store and Engineering KPI dashboard.

- Prepare and update the report for the Technical store and Engineering KPI on regular basic (weekly, monthly, bi-annually, yearly) such as store value, slow moving, min max value Maintenance KPI, Energy KPI & Usage, Capex spending, MI budgets, sundry and activities (5S’s – CDM – Suggestion).

- Execute spare part management routines including: spare parts receiving and issue, spare parts reorder, spare parts storage to ensure spare parts availability.

- Review spare parts reorder levels based on maintenance strategies to optimize inventory.

- Analyze slow moving parts to ensure no obsolete parts are being held on stock.

- Establish and execute inventory control : cycle counting , access process , users training.

- Has a role of PM pillar member in a TPM factory

- Responsible for Maintenance compliance, including work order compliance, spare part compliance, and health checks.

- Responsible for management of maintenance labor hours and CARE

- Responsible for tracking of Budget control.

- Responsible for PR-PO and financial document control and submission.

- Issue Purchase Order in assigned area as role of Operational buyer.

- Payment preparation for Framework Order such as electricity, water, wastewater

- Others task asigned by LM.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 1 year experience in a Technical field or FCMG

• English ability: Good

• Computer skill: Good

• Vocational or Bachelor degree (data, statistics, accounting, Finance or technical/Engineering)
