Tuyển dụng Technical Services Executive (English & Chinese speaking) tại Hà Nội

Report to Technical Services Manager.
Job Purposes:
•     Provide quality technical services to brands and customers Structure Component in the Footwear and Accessories business.
•     Support the Global footwear technical goals conducting training, seminar, product recommendation, development and trials.
•     Support the Sales team to develop a profitable sales argument in favour of the Coats offer for Structure Component.
Key Responsibilities:
•     Provide technical support and problem solving for customers Structure Component.
•     Technical service support to Buyers/ Buying Offices/Customers.
•     Provide technical training – internal and external, seminars, workshops, PES, technical presentations on company, product/brand promotion.
•     Conduct Factory Technical Audits, consumption and product analysis as required/requested.
•     Build close relationships and support sales team to develop sales of high value products.
•     Support all activities for testing or implementation of Global Technical Initiatives.
•     Support Structural Components new developments.
•     Reporting:
+ Report to direct manager for key issues as they arise.
+ Provide on time weekly Technical Reports Direct manager copied to Asia Manager Yearly.
General Requirements:
•     Bachelor's degree.
•     Experience in footwear industry or related industry; proven experience in R&D, Quality Control or Technical functions at T1 manufacturing is an advantage.
•     Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese speaking is preferred.
•     Excellent communication skills, flexibility and adaptability.
•     Willingness to travel for work.
