1. 3–5+ years of experience in Broadband, Networking, or Telecom product validation.
2. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and network troubleshooting.
3. Hands-on experience with network diagnostic and packet analysis tools (Wireshark, Tcpdump, etc.).
4. Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading testing activities.
