- Company: Chemical manufacturing company
- Work Location: Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam
- Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)
- Report: Korean Manager (English language)
Position: Technical Engineer (Technical Support)[Job Summary]
- Technical Support: Manage quality control, troubleshooting, and technical meetings for insulation foam and materials supplied to customer sites.
- R& Support: Provide Research & Development support for rigid polyurethane (PU) products.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Respond to customer technical inquiries, analyze root causes of quality issues, and provide solutions.
- Coordinate technical communication between the sales team, customers, and the HQ (Korea).
- Conduct performance testing and support trial production for newly developed products.
General Information & Recruitment Process
- Age: 23 ~ 35 years old (Open to all genders).
- Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year university) or higher.
- Salary: Negotiable (Commensurate with experience, to be discussed during the interview).

[Requirements & Qualifications]
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or field engineering (Experience in rigid polyurethane foam development preferred).
- Language: Fluent in English (Both written and verbal).
- Skills: Strong field problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and propose technical solutions.
