Job Description: Technical Director (Hardware & OS Infrastructure)
Company: Netjan Global Technology
Location: Remote (Global)

Core Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Mastery: Architect and oversee our entire hardware and server ecosystem using Proxmox and high-performance server clusters.

OS Development: Lead the development of NTA OS. You will be deep in kernel-level programming, chroot environments, squashfs optimization, and building secure, efficient boot processes.

System Hardening: Implement strict security and performance standards across our hardware and OS layers.

Technical Leadership: Drive the technical roadmap, setting the standards for performance, scalability, and security for all Netjan global products.

Requirements :

Proven Experience: Deep experience in kernel-level programming, custom OS development, and architecture.

Hands-on Capability: You must be fluent in the terminal. If you aren't comfortable with chroot, custom ISO building, and low-level system debugging, this role is not for you.

Hardware Expertise: Solid understanding of enterprise hardware infrastructure and virtualization (Proxmox preferred).

Mindset: A "hands-on" leader who prefers shipping real solutions over managing tasks. You value technical excellence and precision above all else.

Language: Professional proficiency in English (100% English working environment).
