Technical Designer

• Communicate with the buyer by mail about fit

• Make a fit comment for the garment

• Counsel on how to make samples easily for bulk production

• Propose material-saving solutions and add value with know-how or consideration of alternative constructions, new methods, or processes to reach the styles’ requirements and quality while controlling costs to achieve target prices and respect customers.

• Ensure the specification process and the garment technical development team schedule for on-time development, engineering, and accurate specifications.

• Analyze customer's product design technical specifications to establish efficient, cost-effective product engineering for ease of manufacture and reproduction, reduce the product development cycle and stages

• Identify risks in required operations (quality consistency concerns, know how limits) to anticipate technical issues

• Ability to see pattern

• Ability to see fabric consumption

• Experience how to make garments

• Experience with Knit & Woven all kinds of products at least 5 years

• High initiative and innovation

• Good command of oral and written in English is a priority

• Good office computer and internet skills
