1. Market Technical Support (35%)

• Organize regular technical training and assess technician competency in India.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support during inspection, installation, and repair.
• Implement training programs and competency standards assigned by the Team Leader.
• Develop and update technical documentation for the assigned market.

2. Product Quality Management – Assigned Market (40%)

• Guide the Arrival Inspection process for imported products in India.
• Implement the EWA early-warning process for newly launched products.
• Prepare MQRs, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions for new issues.
• Guide the assessment and handling of products returned from the market.
• Collect data and prepare monthly product quality reports.

3. Market Management (20%)

• Participate in weekly Sales–Service meetings and monthly service meetings with India.
• Prepare and submit periodic service and quality reports.
• Coordinate with the ASP partner in India to monitor issue resolution progress.

4. Coordination & Continuous Improvement (5%)

• Coordinate with QC and R&D teams to analyze root causes and validate solutions.
• Propose improvements to processes, documents, and products based on market data.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2+ years of experience in technical service or product QC, preferably in home appliances.
• Experience in technician training/coaching and technical guidance.
• Experience in defect analysis, reporting, and working with factories.
• Overseas market experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Good understanding of water purifier structure, operation, installation, and repair.
• Good English communication and working skills; willing to travel and work in India for extended periods.
