• Support foreign teachers in preparing teaching content, including teaching aids, materials, and educational software, according to requirements and the curriculum.
• Manage the classroom and assist foreign teachers during lessons. Take responsibility for supporting teaching activities when the foreign teacher is absent.
• Take photos of daily learning activities for end-of-day reports and update albums on the Kidsonline application.
• Monitor the progress of the curriculum and carry out tasks in accordance with the school’s program and regulations.
• Manage students’ English learning records and the school’s archived documents and materials.
• Coordinate with teachers to communicate with parents regarding students’ learning progress and outcomes when required.
• Support foreign teachers in adapting to and integrating into the working environment.
• Collaborate with Vietnamese teachers in student care, education, and classroom management.
• Prepare periodic classroom reports; monitor and assess student development based on established criteria.
• Perform translation and interpretation tasks for documents and materials when requested.
• Manage teaching equipment, toys, and classroom decoration in compliance with regulations; ensure the classroom environment is clean, organized, and safe.
• Participate in supporting school event decorations and extracurricular activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

• Have a college degree in English Language with a Tesol or English Language Pedagogy certificate
• Experienced in assisting with preschool English teaching.
• Love children, be patient, and have an interest in working in child-related fields.
• Good pedagogical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, standard pronunciation with an expressive voice.
• Careful, dedicated, passionate, and responsible.
• Possess strong professional knowledge and expertise.
