Support TikTok Shop creators in joining assigned creator communities.
Guide creators in participating in TikTok Shop activities, including creator rankings and creator missions, through phone calls and group messaging platforms.
Interact with creators and provide Q&A support under the guidance of the TikTok Shop team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with creators to encourage engagement and participation.

High School Diploma or above.
No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in Customer Service, Telesales, Community Management, or E-commerce is an advantage.
Proficient in using computers and basic digital tools.
Basic English reading comprehension.
Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with users via phone, messaging apps, and online platforms.
