Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tuyển Dụng)

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement alignment with Hiring Managers, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, tracking hiring progress, and supporting the offer and onboarding process.
• Advertising opens jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external.
• Manage and maintain recruitment data within the ATS to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track hiring performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to TA process and operational improvement initiatives, including AI-driven recruitment tools and automation projects.
• Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Around 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and employer branding across platforms.
• Experience building or maintaining Talent Acquisition dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, PowerBI, or ATS-native reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with mind-mapping tools (e.g., XMind) is a plus.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a supportive mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or PR related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns is a plus.
