Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Contract 6 months)

Graduated from College/University, preferably in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in mass recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment channels for factory workers: local job centers, internal referral, community networking, social media, etc.
Proactive, persistent, and willing to work in the field to source and attract candidates in a competitive labor market.
High sense of responsibility, flexible, resilient, and able to work under pressure with commitment to results.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to organize tasks and optimize resources to meet hiring targets.
Proficient in MS Office, and advance in designing job posters.
English communication skills.
