• Receive, analyze, and resolve issues encountered by users during the operation and use of the MIDAS system.

• Provide timely support and guidance to users to ensure the effective and smooth operation of the system.

• Identify potential system issues and coordinate appropriate actions to minimize operational disruptions.

• Support the continuous development and enhancement of the MIDAS system in line with business and operational requirements.

• Act as a key liaison between system users and the IT team to communicate business requirements and system-related issues.

• Work closely with the IT team to implement bug fixes, system upgrades, enhancements, and other improvement initiatives.

• Follow up on system development and improvement activities to ensure that user requirements are properly addressed.

• Implement, monitor, and maintain compliance with customer's security policies, standards, and audit requirements, including 6S, policy audit, and other applicable requirements.

• Prepare, coordinate, and support security audit activities, including the collection and management of required documents and audit evidence.

• Monitor audit findings and areas for improvement, and coordinate with relevant teams to implement and complete corrective actions within the required timeline.

• Identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement to maintain audit readiness and compliance performance.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related fields.

• Highly experienced and good understanding of the footwear development process and related manufacturing processes.

• Strong logical and analytical thinking, with an interest in systems, technology, and data.

• Good problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel or relevant data-processing tools is preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT and cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Knowledge or experience in audit, compliance, or security standards is an advantage.

• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively and read and understand technical documentation.
