System Engineer

Job Description:
1.      Pre-sale consulting:

-        Receive requirements from customers, prepare for input meeting.

-        Based on customer’s requirements and input information to create BOM.

-        Discuss with customer and supplier for optimal solution.

-        Prepare for Tender competition: technical aspects.

2.      Project implementation:

-        Follow the schedule for project implementation.

-        Support to deliver goods to installation site

-        Technical support for SI to do installation, supervisive SI’s works.

-        Report to PM the process.

3.      Training and handover:

-        Support supplier, SI to do their training.

-        Learn basic skills for aftersale support.

-        Report to PM the result of the training and handover

4.      After sale support:

-        Evaluate the failure via phone, internet and on end user’s site.

-        To do the guide from manufacturer support department, report to PM.

5.      Other works ordered by PM.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
Good reading comprehension of English documents and the ability to communicate effectively in English at work (this is an important requirement, as the position involves frequent collaboration, training, and project implementation with foreign experts)
Basic knowledge of networking and systems
CCNA or MCSA certification is an advantage; relevant knowledge will be further developed through specific projects
