• Develop internal policies and procedures to streamline the System department's operational processes.
• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure systems, including networking, servers, virtualization platforms, and firewalls, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
• Propose solutions and methods to optimize performance and security.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance system performance, scalability, and security, aligning with business needs.
• Research, test, and implement software and tools to support system operations.
• Establish and document internal policies and workflows, optimizing the System department's operational processes.

Your Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in system engineering or similar roles.
• Proficient in bash scripting, Linux, virtualization technologies, and Cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking, including LAN, WAN, and Routing.
• Understanding of infrastructure security and current security models and solutions such as VPN, Zero Trust, and Endpoint Protection.
• Experience deploying, managing, and monitoring enterprise network systems.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms and servers, such as KVM, VMware, etc. Managing systems like VPN, Firewalls, and Linux Servers.
• Ability to read and comprehend English technical documents.
