System Administrator (Windows, SCCM & Intune)

We are seeking a Systems Compliance Administrator to manage Windows patching, endpoint compliance, and software updates across servers and workstations. This role monitors compliance levels, investigates SCCM/Intune client issues, and works closely with global compliance and security teams to ensure systems meet organizational security standards. The position supports business operations while helping maintain a secure and compliant IT environment. Flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend activities is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows patch levels on servers and workstation operating systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows patching, SCCM, and Intune client issues.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain third-party applications on servers and workstations to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and maintain compliance levels based on Tenable reports provided by Security Operations.
• Prepare regular compliance status reports and present findings and recommendations to local leadership, the Senior Manager (North America), and Regional IT (APAC).
• Foster effective communication across IT teams and business departments.
• Assist in performing basic risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
• Maintain compliance-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit records.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.
• Escalate recurring issues and incidents to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Windows administration, patch management, SCCM, and Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), endpoint compliance, and software deployment.
• Knowledge of Intune Autopilot, Patch My PC, and Tenable is preferred.
• Windows Server/Workstation administration and OS troubleshooting.
• Windows patch management and compliance remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good English communication and ability to work with global teams.
• ITIL4 Foundation Certification is a plus
• Experience with Autopilot in a Hybrid Environment preferred. 
• Demonstrated customer service insights including the implementation of employee satisfaction charters.
