Survey & Material Control Engineer (RAN/Telecom)

• Manage materials throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Review site survey reports and coordinate with the Survey Team, Project Team, and subcontractors to develop site solutions, including installation and swap solutions.
• Generate site material lists and perform PCE/DCE operations in the system to support MR/DN issuance.
• Handle material supplementation and return processes based on site solution changes.
• Manage dismantled material returns and coordinate faulty material replacement procedures.
• Monitor and identify material shortage risks during project deployment and proactively propose solutions.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports (daily and weekly) regarding material configuration and outbound progress.
• Ensure accurate material control and support project delivery efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with major 3G/4G/5G RAN vendors in roles such as Site Survey Engineer, Site Solution Engineer, Site Installation Engineer, or Material Control Engineer.
• Good understanding of mobile network architecture and RAN technologies, including NR (5G), LTE, and UMTS.
• Familiarity with telecom site materials and deployment processes.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Database Management, Programming, AI, Machine Learning, or Visual Basic (VB) is an advantage.
• Experience working in large-scale telecom deployment projects is preferred.
