Supply Planning Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planning Intern to support our Supply & Demand Planning team in supply planning, stock allocation activities and inventory management. This role offers hands-on experience in demand and supply planning processes, cross-functional collaboration, and supply chain operations within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, sales trends, and seasonality.
Allocate & continuously rebalance inventory across online, retail stores, and marketplace channels based on actual sales performance and business priorities to optimize sell-through and reduce stock imbalances.
Ensure timely stock availability to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Raise PO based on supply plan & follow up delivery with vendor.
SLA measurement & provide solutions for continuous improvement.
Other tasks related to planning scope & admin tasks assigned, depend on business circumstance

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldBasic understanding of supply chain & replenishment planning concepts.
Customer oriented, build partnership & working relationship.
