Supply Planner

The position exists to support supply planning operations by preparing production plans, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating supply chain activities to ensure product availability and efficient execution of business requirements.
1/ Production Planning Support
Prepare weekly and monthly production plans based on demand requirements and available capacity.
Coordinate with Production to ensure feasible production schedules.
Monitor production plan execution and identify planning deviations.
Track production adherence against plan and support corrective actions.
Support production capacity reviews and planning optimization activities.
2/ Supply Planning & Inventory Management
Support replenishment and supply planning activities to ensure product availability.
Monitor inventory levels of Finished Goods and Semi-Finished Goods or Material against target stock policies.
Identify potential inventory risks including stock shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving items.
Support inventory optimization initiatives and stock reduction programs.
Prepare inventory analysis and planning reports.
3/ Planning Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production plan execution and product availability.
Monitor planning exceptions and escalate potential supply risks.
Prepare planning reports, KPI tracking, and inventory analysis.
Maintain planning data accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree/College in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in Paint, Chemical, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Technical skills:
Good Microsoft Excel skills.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management concepts.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.

Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
