Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of our supply chain and channel distribution activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth product flow from warehouse to end-point, maintaining order accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production team field and warehouse teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound product flow.
• Monitor inventory levels across distribution points; flag discrepancies and initiate replenishment requests.
• Support demand planning by collecting and consolidating sales data from channel partners.
• Track and process purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock transfers in the ERP system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports: Inventory status and production plan

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
• Prior experience in automotive, tyre, or distribution industries is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of supply chain principles: , supply chain, inventory management,
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reporting); experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working across teams and with external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English (reading/writing); Chinese is a plus
