Supply Chain Manager

- Manage supply chain operations, including planning, purchasing, inventory, production coordination, warehouse, and shipment.
- Develop supply plans based on customer orders, material availability, and production capacity.
- Monitor material supply, production progress, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Identify supply chain risks and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
- Standardize supply chain processes, data, and reports.
- Manage and develop the supply chain team.
- Support ERP implementation and operational improvement projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing company.
- Management or team leadership experience.
- Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- ERP experience is preferred.
- Experience in furniture or export manufacturing is an advantage.
- English communication skills are preferred.
